The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) today launched a public consultation on the Chinese version of the draft amendments to the Securities and Futures (Financial Resources) Rules (FRR).
On 14 July 2025, the SFC published the English version of the draft FRR amendments for public consultation (Note 1) and mentioned that the Chinese draft FRR amendments will be consulted on separately once available. This Chinese version corresponds to the published English draft FRR amendments.
The public is invited to submit their written comments on the consultation by 6 February 2026 via the SFC website (www.sfc.hk), by email to frr_consultation@sfc.hk, by post or by fax to 2523 4598.
