HKEx: Typhoon Arrangement For The Board Meeting To Be Held On 14 August 2013

Reference is made to the announcement of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited(“HKEx” or “Company”) dated 28 June 2013, whereby the Company announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of HKEx (“Board”) would be held on Wednesday,14 August 2013 on 12/F, One International Finance Centre, 1 Harbour View Street, Central, Hong Kong (“Meeting”), for the purpose of, among other matters, approving the announcement of the interim results of HKEx and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 June 2013 and considering the payment of an interim dividend.

The Board announces that if Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or a Black RainstormWarning is or remains issued at 8:00 a.m. on 14 August 2013, the Meeting will beadjourned to Thursday, 15 August 2013 (venue remains unchanged).
