HKEx: Main Board And GEM Annual Reports/Interim Reports/Quarterly Reports 2005 On Compact Disk

Two sets of Compact Disks (CD) containing listed companies' annual/interim/quarterly reports are now available for public subscription via the HKEx website:

1. Main Board Listed Companies' Annual Reports/Interim Reports 2005 contains electronic copies of annual reports and interim reports (both English and Chinese versions) of Main Board listed companies released on or before 30 June 2006 for the financial year ending in 2005.
2. GEM Listed Companies' Annual Reports/Quarterly Reports 2005 contains electronic copies of annual reports and quarterly reports (both English and Chinese versions) of GEM listed companies released on or before 30 June 2006 for the financial year ending in 2005.

The new sets are released to meet the needs of market participants and other interested parties for an off-line archive of the financial reports. With the built-in search facility in each disk, documents can be accessed by stock code or issuer name.
