Pursuant to the Articles of Association of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), the unclaimed interim dividend for 2002 is forfeited and reverts to the company.
On 31 July 2008, HKEx announced that pursuant to HKEx's Articles of Association, the interim dividend for 2002 of $0.08 per share, payable on 12 September 2002 and remaining unclaimed on 12 September 2008, would be forfeited and would revert to the company. Accordingly, the unclaimed interim dividend for 2002 amounting to $622,280.80 is forfeited and reverts to HKEx today.
