Pursuant to the Articles of Association of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), the unclaimed final dividend for 2001 is forfeited and reverts to the company.
On 10 March 2008, HKEx announced that pursuant to HKEx's Articles of Association, the final dividend for 2001 of $0.25 per share, payable on 22 April 2002 and remaining unclaimed on 22 April 2008, would be forfeited and would revert to the company. Accordingly, the unclaimed final dividend for 2001 amounting to $1,944,127.50 is forfeited and reverts to HKEx today.
