The court of arbitration related to the share redemption price and redemption rights has stated in its session on December 14, 2000 that Sponhot Oy has the right to redeem the minority shares of Saunatec Oyj. Sponhot Oy has provided the guarantee accepted by the arbitrators on December 15, 2000. Thereafter it owns 100 per cent of the shares of Saunatec Oyj. Saunatec Oyj has announced that it will apply to have it's share delisted from the I List of Helsinki Exchanges.
