Hellenic Exchanges: Sale Of The Building At Pesmazoglou St.

Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) announces that the sale of the building located at 1 Pesmazoglou St. by its subsidiary “Athens Exchange” to the “National Bank of Greece” was completed today.

The abovementioned property was purchased by the National Bank of Greece which, according to the transfer deed, held the right of first option in case of sale.

The sale price was €13.3m. The profit from this sale amounted to €3,3m and will be recorded in the Q3 financial results.
