Hellenic Exchanges informs investors that the daily agenda of the upcoming 10th Annual General Meeting of shareholders, which will take place on 18.5.2011, includes proposals to modify the following articles of the Articles of Association:
- Article 5: Share capital
- Article 8 par 2: Composition - Term of office of the Board of Directors
- Article 18: Participation in the General Meeting - Representation
