Hellenic Exchanges S.A.: New organizational structure Of The HELEX Group

Hellenic Exchanges (HELEX) informs investors that the new organizational structure of the Group, which goes into effect on January 1st 2011, is as follows:

1. Mr. Dimitris Karaiskakis assumes the post of Chief Operations Officer (COO) which is created and which reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Karaskakis previously held the post of Director of Technological Systems and Services.
2. Mr. Nikolaos Porfyris assumes the post of Deputy Chief Operations Officer (DCOO), which is created and reports to the COO. Mr. Porfyris previously held the post of Director of Equities Registry & International Affairs. iii. The position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is created, reporting to the CEO.

In the new organizational chart, the positions of "General Director of Corporate Operations," "General Director of Products & Services," and "General Director of Operations" are abolished. Messrs. Nikolaos Konstantopoulos and Gkikas Manalis who held the positions of General Director, assume the positions of Management Consultants of the Group and maintain their positions in the Boards of Directors of the companies of the Group.
