GrandVoyage Joins BME Scaleup On December 15

  • The company, which is the twelfth to join BME’s growth markets, debuts with a value of 16 million euros

The BME Scaleup Management Committee has approved the listing of GrandVoyage on December 15, after analyzing and studying all the documentation submitted by the company and issuing a favorable assessment report from the Market and Listings Coordination Committee.

The Board of Directors of the company, which is the twelfth company to join BME Growth markets, has set a reference price of 3,14 € per share for the start of trading, giving the company a total value of 16 million €.

The Company's trading code will be “SCGV” and its Registered Advisor, Renta 4 Sigrun.   

GrandVoyage is an e-commerce platform specializing in the sale of luxury travel, which uses technology to offer experiences guided by local experts, with the proximity and personalized services of a traditional agency. GrandVoyage's sales channel is 100% digital, complemented by direct multichannel customer service, maintaining high levels of personalization and customer service. GrandVoyage is mainly aimed at the premium travel segment and medium-high profile travelers who are looking for unique experiences, avoiding the mass-market or standardized offerings of the sector.
