Gesrenta BCN SOCIMI Joins BME Scaleup On June 13

The Board of Directors of BME Scaleup has approved the incorporation of Gesrenta BCN SOCIMI on June 13, once all the documentation submitted by the company has been analysed and studied and a favourable evaluation report has been issued by the Market Coordination and Incorporations Committee.

The Board of Directors of the company, which is the sixth company to join the BME growth markets so far this year, has taken a reference price of 133 euros per share as a reference for the start of trading, which represents a total value of the company of 7.6 million euros.

The trading code of the company is “SCGRB”. The company's Registered Advisor is VGM Advisory Partners.

Gesrenta BCN SOCIMI is a real estate investment company founded in 1989. Its main activity is investing in properties in Spain and their subsequent management.
