Ernst & Young today applied to the Court of First Instance for more time to file its affidavit evidence in opposition to the proceedings commenced by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) over its failure to produce to the SFC specified accounting records (Note 1).
The Court ordered that Ernst & Young must file its affidavit evidence in response to the SFC’s case on or before 7 December 2012.
