Fox Business Network To Broadcast Live From NASDAQ MarketSite Studio On Election Day

The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc.(sm) (Nasdaq:NDAQ) today announced that FOX Business Network (FBN) will hold one of its primary broadcasting locations for Election Day at the NASDAQ MarketSite studio in Times Square. Anchor and Vice President of Business News Alexis Glick will ring the closing bell from the NASDAQ and be based at the NASDAQ studio for live 2008 coverage of the U.S. presidential election. Glick will be conducting reports from the NASDAQ MarketSite studio for FBN, Fox News Channel and Fox Broadcasting.

The NASDAQ MarketSite broadcast studio will be transformed into a central location for FBN's evening coverage. The set-up will include NASDAQ's signature Video Wall as the Fox Business backdrop illustrating real-time economic data and market statistics as well as live updates on election results with live guests in the studio, via remote and on Times Square.

NASDAQ's MarketSite studio in Times Square is a state-of-the-art broadcast facility that provides a dynamic backdrop for Listed Companies to celebrate the daily Market Open, IPO ceremonies and for business reporters to conduct market reports on developments within the marketplace. The NASDAQ video wall in the studio has a split-level design and is comprised of 96 high-resolution multimedia screens utilized to illustrate real-time stock movements and performance graphs. The MarketSite is the home of multiple news outlets that report live up-to-the-minute financial information on a daily basis.
