The Board of Directors of OJSC RTS has passed a resolution on shifting the beginning of the evening trading session on FORTS from 6:00 pm MSK to 6:10 pm MSK on options’ expiration days.
The schedule is changed, due to the increased volume of data to be processed during the evening trading session and the need for intensified risks monitoring on options’ expiration days.
The closest trading days when the new schedule will be implemented are March 11, 2009 (expiration day of options on stock futures) and March 13, 2009 (expiration day of options on RTS Index futures, USD dollar futures, gold futures and silver futures).
