On February 28, 2009 the March futures contract on granulated sugar produced in accordance with all-Union State Standard 21-94 expired.
The market participants held to delivery 65 contracts representing 325 tons of sugar.
Delivery was effected on March 20, 2009 from sugar mills located in Voronezh Region to a railway station in Omsk.
The counterparties performed their settlement obligations in full compliance with the exchange regulations.
