Formuepleje Pareto offered no less than 200,000 and up to 4,000,000 new shares at a subscription price of DKK 223.80 per share. The subscription price was fixed at the net asset value on the last day of the subscription period plus 0.75 percent. Prior to the offering of new shares, a total of 3,705,000 shares had been issued by Formuepleje Pareto.
In connection with the introduction on the Exchange, Formuepleje Pareto issued 295,000 new shares of DKK 100, netting the company proceeds of DKK 66,021,000. Formuepleje Pareto got 130 new shareholders, and thus Formuepleje Pareto has a total of approx. 630 shareholders.
Formuepleje Optimum offered up to 10,000,000 new shares at a subscription price of DKK 100.00 per share. The subscription price was fixed at the net asset value on the last day of the subscription period plus 0.40 percent. Prior to the offering of new shares, a total of 8,250,000 shares had been issued by Formuepleje Optimum.
In connection with the introduction on the Exchange, Formuepleje Optimum issued 500,000 new shares of DKK 100, netting the company proceeds of DKK 50,000,000. Formuepleje Optimum got 95 new shareholders, and thus Formuepleje Optimum has a total of approx. 425 shareholders.
A total of 181 companies are now listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange, of which 71 are operating in the financials industry, including Formuepleje Pareto and Formuepleje Optimum. The Nordic exchange now has 138 companies operating in the financials industry, of which 48 are on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, 19 are on the Helsinki Stock Exchange and 71 are on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
A round lot in Formuepleje Pareto, whose short name is FPPAR, amounts to 50 shares.
A round lot in Formuepleje Optimum, whose short name is FPOPT, amounts to 100 shares.
