Scoach Switzerland Ltd and the Swiss Structured Products Association SSPA will be hosting the first Swiss financial fair for structured products, which will be held on Wednesday the 17th and Thursday the 18th of October 2007 in Zurich’s Kongresshaus.
Everyone is talking about structured products these days. Recent years have witnessed a sharp increase in both the supply and demand for structured products and thus also in the need for related information and an understanding of the various possibilities. The two organisers of the fair, Scoach and the SSPA, have taken that into account: on a floor space of more than 1100m2, the 2007 financial fair for structured products will offer institutional and private investors a comprehensive overview of the broad spectrum of products as well as the latest trends and innovations.
The 2007 financial fair for structured products will be opened on 17 October by Dr. Reto Francioni, CEO of Deutsche Börse. At the first roundtable discussion of the fair under the moderation of Martin Spieler, Chief Editor of the Handelszeitung, renowned experts will address the topic “The market for structured products: innovations, trends and the market in three years“. The second day of the fair will start with a lecture by Jim Rogers, one of the world’s most prominent experts in the area of commodities. The fair’s second roundtable will be headed by Daniel Hanimann, moderator of CASH-TV. Proven specialists will shed light on the advantages and disadvantages of structured products and investment funds. The finale of the first financial fair for structured products will be a lecture by Dr. Konrad Hummler, Managing Partner of Wegelin & Co.
On both days of the fair, educational lectures on the areas of use and functional mechanisms of structured products will be given under the aegis of the organisers. Opening hours and entry charge for the 2007 financial fair for structured products
Wednesday, 17 October 2007, 10 a.m. through 7 p.m.
Thursday, 18 October 2007, 10 a.m. through 8 p.m.
Included in the entry charge of CHF 10 are the fair guide and admission to all side events on the given day of the fair.
