FESE, EACH And ECSDA Publish The Terms Of Reference For Auditing Compliance With The Code Of Conduct

The signatories of the European Code of Conduct for Clearing and Settlement for cash equities provided Commissioner McCreevy with the Terms of Reference for Auditing Compliance with the Code of Conduct.

Over the last several months the three associations FESE, EACH and ECSDA have been in regular contact with European Commission services to discuss the details of the Terms of Reference. This document has been finalized and agreed by FESE, EACH and ECSDA.
