Federation Of European Securities Exchanges 9th European Financial Markets Convention 2005 Over the last 9 years the Federation has organised an Annual Convention to highlight developments in the European Capital Markets for a broad audience. These took place in Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Milan, Luzern, Paris, Brussels, London and again in Frankfurt last year.

We are pleased to announce that FESE will be holding this year’s Convention in Brussels on Thursday 26th May and Friday 27th May 2005.

Our welcoming cocktails will be held on Wednesday 25th May in the Town Hall on the Grand Place in the company of the Bourgemestre de la Ville de Bruxelles.

The Convention meetings will be at the Radisson SAS Hotel and the Gala dinner at the Musée de la Bande Dessinée.

This year we have chosen to focus on the subject:

‘Towards True Integration by 2009’

During the two days, keynote speakers will be addressing important issues and challenges facing the European securities markets. We are happy to confirm the participation of the President of ECB, the Chairman of CESR, the Chairman of CEIOPS, the Chairman of CEBS, the Chair of ECON and the Commissioner of Internal Market and Services and other senior speakers.
