The Warsaw Stock Exchange announces that based on the Management Board resolution no. 167/2003 of May 28, 2003, as amended, following the trading session on December 28, 2006, there will be an extraordinary adjustment of the WIG and WIG-PL indices and 15 550 000 allotment certificates of the RUCH company will be added and 2 916 000 allotment certificates of the FOTA company will be replaced by the same number of shares of this company.
The company RUCH was introduced to trading on December 22, 2006 and fulfils free float and liquidity criteria of the above mentioned indices. The extraordinary adjustment of the FOTA company follows the assimilation of allotment certificates with shares at present quoted on WSE.
