Euronext.liffe’s Commodity Products portfolio traded over nine million lots by end November 2006, setting a fifth consecutive annual volume record. Overall commodity volume is up 15% year-to-date (YTD), with options showing particularly strong growth – up 59% YTD.
Options open interest also set an all time record as at end November, at 150,600 contracts.

- Rapeseed Futures – 223,846 contracts (+13%)
- Robusta Coffee Futures – 3,258,590 contracts (+11%)
- Feed Wheat Futures – 69,319 contracts (+10%)
- Milling Wheat Futures – 370,839 contracts (+87%)
- White Sugar Futures – 1,589,329 contracts (+13%)
- Cocoa Options – 94,099 contracts (+9%)
- Corn Options – 1,735 contracts (+10%)
- Rapeseed Options – 26,223 contracts (+236%)
- Robusta Coffee Options – 404,981 contracts (+87%)
- Milling Wheat Options – 38,796 contracts (+301%)
- White Sugar Options – 74,769 contracts (+2%)
