Euronext.liffe’s Commodity Portfoilo Sets New Records In July 2006

Euronext.liffe’s Agricultural and Robusta Coffee Options Contracts set numerous records during July 2006, including:

• Robusta Coffee Options Contract:
  • monthly volume record of 49,228 lots (up almost 20% on the previous record achieved in April 2006).

• Milling Wheat Futures Contract
  • monthly volume record of 37,860 lots;
  • daily volume record of 6,694 lots on 21 July; and
  • open interest all time high of 31,968 lots on 21 July.

• Milling Wheat Options Contract:
  • monthly volume record of 5,030 lots; and
  • open interest record of 12,272 lots on 31 July.

• Rapeseed Futures Contract:
  • daily volume record of 3,308 lots on 5 July.

• Rapeseed Options Contract:
  • open interest high of 12,488 lots on 6 July.
