Euronext, the leading European capital market infrastructure, today announced the launch of Admincontrol’s advanced governance and secure collaboration solutions for companies in France. Following Euronext’s acquisition of Admincontrol in May 2025, this launch marks a significant step in scaling up its Software as a Service (SaaS) offering and increasing subscription-based revenues through Euronext Corporate Solutions, as announced in the Group’s strategic plan Innovate for Growth 2027.
This strategic expansion brings a suite of innovative digital solutions to companies that are based in France, with a particular focus on supporting listed companies in strengthening governance, ensuring data sovereignty and driving board efficiency.
