Eurona Telecom To Start Trading On MAB On Wednesday - The Eleventh Company To Be Admitted To The MAB’s Growth Companies Segment

The Supervision Committee of the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) has announced the listing of Eurona Telecom in the Growth Companies segment of this market, following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company and a favourable assessment report on its listing issued by MAB’s Coordination and Admission Committee.

The company’s listing is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, December 15^th, under the trading code EWT. Trading will be carried out through a price setting mechanism which will match buy and sell orders by means of two daily auction periods or “fixings”, at 12 hrs and at 16 hrs.

Solventis is acting as Registered Adviser and Liquidity Provider through the market member RBC Dexia.

Eurona Telecom is an independent telecom operator that provides telephony and Internet access services. The company started operations as a network engineering firm designing and building telecommunications networks. In 2006 it re-oriented its business towards the operation of the said networks by offering telephony and Internet access services.
