NYSE Liffe U.S., the U.S. based futures exchange of NYSE Euronext (NYX), today announced that E*TRADE Securities, LLC, has added the NYSE Liffe U.S. 33.2 oz. mini-sized gold and 1,000 oz. mini-sized silver contracts to its futures trading offerings.
In addition to the ability to trade more than 200 products spanning agriculturals, currencies, energies, indexes, metals, and softs, E*TRADE Securities customers can now trade physically deliverable 33.2 oz. mini-sized and 100 oz. gold futures, 1,000 oz. mini-sized and 5,000 oz. silver futures as well as options on gold and silver futures in the fully electronic and transparent markets of NYSE Liffe U.S.
In collaboration with E*TRADE, NYSE Liffe U.S. will also leverage NYSE Euronext's expertise across cash and derivatives trading to provide unique educational opportunities about products traded on NYSE Euronext markets. The first E*TRADE Investor Education Day to feature NYSE Euronext product experts will be held on Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010 in Philadelphia, PA.
