ESMA Launches Open Call For Candidates For Its Corporate Finance Consultative Working Group

ESMA today launches an open call for candidates for its Corporate Finance Standing Committee’s Consultative Working Group (CFSC CWG).

The Corporate Finance Standing Committee (CFSC) advises ESMA on its work on issues related to prospectuses, transparency, corporate governance and takeover bids. 

CFSC CWG members provide technical assistance to the CFSC in relation to all aspects of its work. Further application details can be found here. Applicants should submit the application form along with their CV and motivation letter by 16 October 2015.
