Environnement SA placed 757,156 shares to raise a total of EUR 23.32 million. Considering the size of the placement, the shares will be admitted directly to continuous trading.
The global placement reserved to institutions was oversubscribed nearly 16 times and the open-price offering for individual investors nearly 12 times before the extension clause. On the basis of the reference price for first trading, market capitalization of Environnement SA amounts to EUR 56.9 million.
The first representative of its sector to list with Alternext, Environnement SA supplies equipment and systems to measure and assess the impact of human activities on fragile environments, particularly as regards air and water.
