Emergency Fund Of CJSC RTS Clearing Center Is Increased To 210 Million Rubles

Effective September 19th, 2006 Emergency Fund of CJSC RTS Clearing Center is increased from 180 to 210 million rubles. The appropriate decision was taken on September 12th 2006 by the Board of Directors of NP RTS Stock Exchange.

The Emergency Fund of CJSC Clearing Center together with the Legal Reserve form an Additional Fund. Additional and Insurance Fund form Guarantee Fund of CJSC RTS Clearing Center, which is one of the main parts of the risk management system on FORTS. At present overall volume of the Guarantee Fund is 570 million rubles.
