The Board of Directors' of Dubai Financial Market PJSC held its meeting on Tuesday 20/4/2010, at 2:00 PM at Borse Dubai -level 8 in Dubai World Trade Centre and resolved the following:

1. Approved Board of Directors minutes of previous meeting which was held on 2/3/2010.
2. Approved Investment Committee's resolutions which were held on 21/3/2010.
