Dubai Financial Market: Adding Emirates NBD To DFM General Index And To Banking Index

Dubai Financial Market announced today 15/11/07 the addition of Emirates NBD (ENBD) Company to DFM general index, DFMGI, and to the banking index. ENBD total outstanding shares are 4.394 billion, out of which 2.197 billion shares are free float shares that represent the company in the mentioned indexes. Accordingly, and based on market closing prices of 14/11/07 trading session, ENBD market capitalization, listed in index, represents 14.5% of DFMGI total market capitalization.

Based on the above-mentioned changes, number of DFMGI companies reached 28 with total market capitalization representing about 83% of total market capitalization of the market, and trading value that represent 99% of total Trading value in DFM for the period of 2007.
