Direct Edge Trading Notice #13-44: EDGX Exchange Fee Schedule Update

Effective Wednesday, October 2, 2013, EDGX Exchange^SM (EDGX^®) will update the criteria for the MidPoint Match^SM (MPM) Volume Tier, pending filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Members can now qualify to add liquidity for free using Flag MM when they add and/or remove at least 2.5 million shares in ADV for the month on EDGX yielding flags AA, MM and/or MT.
