Deutsche Börse And Porsche End Dispute On Quarterly Reporting Amicably

Deutsche Börse and Porsche Automobil SE today agreed to end their long-pending legal dispute on the publication of quarterly reports amicably. The two parties declared the lawsuit on the quarterly reporting requirements in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB®), which had been pending at the Federal Administrative Court, as settled.

In light of the fact that Porsche Automobil SE shares were included in the DAX International Index recently created by Deutsche Börse, both parties consider the grounds for the lawsuit to have ceased to exist. The CEO of Porsche, Dr. Wendelin Wiedeking as well as the CEO of Deutsche Börse AG, Dr. Reto Francioni, welcomed the agreement.

DAX International tracks the most liquid companies listed in Frankfurt, thus reflecting the performance of the most important domestic and foreign equities. The index is thus a key barometer for the largest and most successful companies whose equities are traded on Xetra.
