Deutsche Börse: Subscription Starts For Constantin Medien AG Corporate Bond

Constantin Medien AG is launching a corporate bond in Deutsche Börse’s Entry Standard. The subscription period begins today and ends on 19 April, subject to early termination. The bond (ISIN DE000A1R07C3) has a volume of up to €65 million, runs until 23 April 2018 and has an interest rate of 7.00 percent. Its nominal denomination is €1,000. 

Trading is planned to commence on 23 April 2013. Applicant and specialist is Close Brothers Seydler Bank AG.

We aim to establish the Entry Standard for corporate bonds as a long-term financing alternative.”

Constantin Medien AG is an internationally operating media company based in Ismaning near Munich. According to its own sources, the group's business activity largely comprises operating own TV channels and Internet platforms, providing production services, developing, producing, marketing and trading TV and film productions and rights, global marketing of major international sporting events, marketing activities in the events and entertainment sector and operating online business models.
