Deutsche Börse: Information On Yesterday's Trading Suspension Of Steinhoff International Holdings N.V.

The Management Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse) points out that the cause of yesterday's trading suspension of Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. was not due to company reasons, but concerned the proper settlement of stock exchange transactions. Trading was suspended ex officio, as there was unclear information on the dividend date by the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Immediately after clarification of this date, trading was resumed.
