Deutsche Börse: Arques Industries To Replace Depfa Bank In MDAX® Index - Unscheduled Adjustments Effective On October 1

With effect from October 1, Arques Industries will be included in the MDAX® index as part of an unscheduled amendment to its composition, replacing Depfa Bank.

Changes are due to the HypoReal Estate’s takeover of Depfa. Homag Group will move to SDAX®, replacing Arques Industries.

The next regular review of the equity indices of Deutsche Börse is scheduled for December 5, 2007.
