On November 3rd, the 6th China Int'l Derivatives Forum was held in Shenzhen. Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) President Liu Xingqiang participated in the Forum's "Exchange Roundtable Discussion" and gave a speech, in which he introduced the DCE's development achievements and experiences in recent years.
In reviewing the DCE's achievements in recent years, Mr. Liu said that openness, innovation, service and teamwork have been the key factors in the Exchange's development. He also said that China's futures market, in the process of reform and opening, can only realize further development and sustain momentum by continuing to reform, open up, and innovate. He stated that the DCE will adhere to the concept of “first-class talent, first-class management, first class technology and first-class service”, and realize the goal of building a first-class exchange.
