To simulate the successful launch and trading of egg futures, it is decided that Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) will conduct trading system networking test between 9:00 and 11.30 in the morning of April 13 (Saturday). All member units are required to assign ahead of time their trading floor traders and personnel related to distant trading system and settlement system to participate in the test.
This test will cover the existing and also new egg products, with their codes containing the letters “jd”. There are 8 contracts in total, including jd1309, jd1310, jd1311, jd1312, jd1401, jd1402, jd1403 and jd1404. During the test, the traders of each member unit are required to log on, open and close out a position, check whether transaction data are correct, and test the feedback speed of order placement and transaction return, the real-time quotes, the prepared order commission and the fund change. After the settlement at the closing of the market, DCE will send settlement data via its member service test system (please log onhttp://10.93.249.12/Member/ with production digital certificate), and the settlers of each member unit are required to examine whether the settlement data are correct.
Before the test of the system, member units using the DCE’s day market software in the Futures Building are required to download the new version of software for the egg futures at the regular materials column of the member service system.
To facilitate remote members’ timely feedback to the test results, DCE has set up a functional menu, namely the “Remote System Test Feedback Form under the System Operation Guarantee Service” in its member service system, where member units are required, after the test, to fill in the “Test Feedback Form” before April 16.
The “Test Contract and Rules” (Appendix 1), “Test Content and Time” (Appendix 2) and “Floor Test Feedback Form” (Appendix 3) of the newly-added egg products in this test can be downloaded from the “Notice on Doing Simulation Test of Egg Products Trading System” in the column of “Exchange Notices” at the homepage of DCE website (www.dce.com.cn).
