In order to further promote the integration of the futures and spot markets and better serve the real economy, Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) plans to cooperate with Ningbo Commodity Exchange (NBCE) in carrying out the futures-spot warehouse receipts conversion pilot program. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Pilot Futures
The pilot futures for the futures-spot warehouse receipts conversion program is PVC.
2. Pilot Delivery Warehouse
The first set of pilot delivery warehouses is Zhejiang International Business Group Logistics Co., Ltd. The pilot delivery warehouse shall provide the pilot services for the PVC futures-spot warehouse receipts conversion business in accordance with the requirements of this notice.
All the existing delivery warehouses commonly designated by DCE and NBCE can apply for the qualification of pilot delivery warehouse, and DCE will make announcements separately.
3. Time for the Pilot Program
The pilot program shall start from the date of the issuance of the notice and the ending date will be announced by DCE separately.
