DCE has decided to carry out two networking tests for the trading system supporting the options business on the morning of May 30 (Saturday) and the whole day of June 6 (Saturday). All the units are requested to arrange for the relevant personnel of the trading and settlement systems in advance to participate in the tests. The related matters are notified as follows:
First, please contact the developer of the counter system to obtain the upgrade patches for the system ahead of the tests.
Second, the test participants shall accomplish the testing tasks according to the test contents. After the settlement at the closing, the settlement personnel shall verify whether the settlement data are correct.
Third, all the units are requested to be effective in backup and recovery of the production data and clean-up of counter system log before and after the tests. After this round of testing, the original interface of the exchange system will be restored. The upgrading will not be conducted for now, and the specific time for upgrading will be announced separately. All the units are requested to restore the original production access after the tests.
The documents related to the tests, including the “Contract Information and Parameters in Options Testing” (Attachment 1), the “Contents of and Schedule for the Tests” (Attachment 2) and the “Test Feedback Forms (sample forms)” (Attachments 3 and 4), can be downloaded on the DCE website (www.dce.com.cn) through Home - "Exchange Notices" - "Notice on Conducting Full-Market Testing for the Options Business".
