Dalian Commodity Exchange And Shandong Provincial Gov't Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On September 3rd, the Dalian Commodity Exchange and Shandong Provincial Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Jinan. Shandong province Deputy Governor Li Zhaoqian attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech. DCE President Liu Xingqiang and and Shandong Financial Affairs Office Director Li Yongjian also attended and signed the strategic cooperation agreement. Prior to the signing ceremony, Li Zhaoqian and Liu Xingqiang met and held talks; after the conclusion of the ceremony, the Financial Affairs Office and the DCE jointly held the first Shandong Province Futures Training session.
