Constituent Changes In The S&P Latin America 40 Index

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Latin America 40 Index, effective after the close of trading on Friday 21 December 2007:

• Cyrela Realty - ON (Brazil, SEDOL: 2189855 GICS: Consumer Discretionary, GICS Code: 25201030) will replace Grupo Financiero Galicia - B (Argentina, SEDOL: 2613310, GICS: Financials, GICS Code: 40101010) in the S&P Latin America 40 Index. Grupo Financiero Galicia - B is being deleted from the index following a sustained drop in market capitalization.

Cyrela Realty - ON is a Brazilian homebuilder. The number of shares outstanding will be 355,647,400 and the Investable Weight Factor will be 0.6442. The company will be added to the S&P Latin America 40 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Homebuilding sub-industry.
