We are pleased to provide further details regarding the technical go-live date for EuroCCP as a central counterpart for Oslo Børs.
As announced last week clients may already test EuroCCP’s clearing model within Oslo Børs CDS test environment. As of Monday 28 May 2018, the technical arrangements to enable EuroCCP in Oslo Børs’ production environment will be finalized.
The technical finalization effectively means that clients will find a new record of EuroCCP occurring in the daily Participant file of Oslo Børs’ reference data. EuroCCP’s member mnemonic will be ECCP, and the record will be visible in the Participant file produced and published in the evening of 25 May.
Onboarding of Oslo Børs trading participant’s clearing through EuroCCP is subject to regulatory approval, anticipated during Q2 2018, which will be confirmed in due course.
