Computer Task Group, Inc. Transfers Listing From NASDAQ To NYSE

The New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE” or the “Exchange”) announced today that Computer Task Group, Inc. (the “Company”) – ticker symbol CTG – informed the Exchange that it intends to move the listing of its common stock to the NASDAQ on Tuesday, June 6, 2006.

The Company is presently below the NYSE’s market capitalization and stockholders’ equity continued-listing criteria, and was operating under an NYSE plan. The Company first announced in August 2005 that it was below the criteria. CTG has made the decision to voluntarily move to another market, as they were below the NYSE’s continued listing criteria.
