Dow Jones Indexes, a leading global index provider, today announced component changes in the Dow Jones Australia Select Dividend 30 Index, Dow Jones EPAC Select Dividend Index, Dow Jones Germany Titans 30 Index and the Dow Jones Health Care Titans 30 Index.
Consolidated Minerals Limited (Australia; ASX: CSM) is being removed from the Dow Jones Australia Select Dividend 30 Index and the Dow Jones EPAC Select Dividend Index as a result of its dividend cut.
Telstra Corporation Limited (Australia; ASX: TLS) will replace Consolidated Minerals Ltd. in the Dow Jones Australia Select Dividend 30 Index. Perpetual Limited (Australia; ASX: PPT) will replace Consolidated Minerals Ltd. in the Dow Jones EPAC Select Dividend Index.
Schering AG (Germany; Frankfurt: SCH) is being removed from the Dow Jones Germany Titans 30 Index and the Dow Jones Health Care Titans 30 Index following its partial acquisition by Bayer AG (Germany; Frankfurt: BAYG).
Merck KGaA (Germany; Frankfurt: MRCG) will replace Schering AG in the Dow Jones Germany Titans 30 Index. Daiichi Sankyo Company Limited (Japan; TSE: 4568) will replace Schering AG in the Dow Jones Health Care Titans 30 Index.
The changes in the Dow Jones Australia Select Dividend 30, Dow Jones EPAC Select Dividend, Dow Jones Germany Titans 30 and the Dow Jones Health Care Titans 30 indexes will be effective as of the open of trading on Monday, September 18, 2006.
