CMS Webview Plc Agreement With The Chicago Board Of Trade

CMS WebView plc (AIM: CWV) is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) to extend its licence rights to TDI^™. Under the terms of the Agreement CBOT will be licensed to use TDI^™. in the Joint Asian Derivatives Exchange (JADE) – a new Singapore-based commodities market which is a joint venture between the CBOT and the Singapore Exchange.

The CBOT continues to use TDI^™. under a separate licence arrangement with CMS for the distribution of data from other organisations on a bureau-type basis. This includes a further three North American exchanges (MGE, KCBT and the WCE). The CBOT also uses TDI^™. for the distribution of Dow Jones Indexes.
