City Service Newly Listed On Warsaw Stock Exchange

City Service has been newly listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange today. The Estonian company is the 481st company listed on the Main Market and the 22nd new listing on the market in 2015. City Service is the third Estonian and the 53rd foreign listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The new listing does not include a public offer.

City Service provides residential property management and cleaning services. It manages commercial and industrial facilities as well as utility buildings. Its business also includes security services, building repairs and debt management. The group operates in Lithuania, Poland, Latvia, Spain and Russia.

Since 8 June 2007, the company is on the Official List of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange.

The capitalisation of City Service (at the share price on the Vilnius Stock Exchange equal to EUR 1.54 three months before the date of the application) is EUR 48.7 million, i.e., PLN 206.7 million.

The main shareholder of City Service is ICOR UAB which holds 66.23% of equity and votes.

The new listing of City Service is officially celebrated in Vilnius at the Warsaw Stock Exchange Capital Market Day. The event has been organised by the Warsaw Stock Exchange in partnership with the Polish-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce, PKO BP and Baker & McKenzie. It is addressed to managers and directors of companies in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The event brings together companies interested in being listed on the public market. The Warsaw Stock Exchange Capital Market Day offers information on IPOs and share issues and the opportunity to talk to GPW representatives about options of further financing on the stock exchange.
