With the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), starting from 9:00 a.m. on September 10th, 2026, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) will expand the investment scope of Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors and RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (collectively referred to as Qualified Foreign Investors, QFI) to include the following commodity options:
Low Sulfur Fuel Oil Options.
