Changes In The Supervisory Boards At Stuttgart Stock Exchange - Thomas Kölbl Co-Opted As New Member

Thomas Kölbl, Chief Financial Officer of Südzucker AG Mannheim/Ochsenfurt, was appointed to the Supervisory Board of EUWAX Aktiengesellschaft, a Boerse Stuttgart Group company, at its annual general meeting held on 20 June 2013. He replaces Horst Marschall, a former member of the Board of Managing Directors at BW-Bank, who has resigned. Horst Marschall has worked for Boerse Stuttgart since 1986 in various roles, including as a Member of the Exchange Council of Baden-Wuerttembergische Wertpapierboerse and of the Board of Trustees of the stock exchange association. He has been a Member of the EUWAX Supervisory Board since 2007; he was also the Deputy Chairperson for part of that time.
                                                                                                             
The other Members of the EUWAX Supervisory Board are Dr Christian Holzherr, Thomas Munz (Chairperson), Dr Manfred Pumbo, Hans-Joachim Strüder and Dr Michael Völter (Deputy Chairperson).

Thomas Kölbl has also been appointed to the Supervisory Boards of the affiliated companies Boerse Stuttgart AG and Boerse Stuttgart Holding GmbH – all three companies have the same Supervisory Board members. He has also been a Member of the Exchange Council of Baden-Wuerttembergische Wertpapierboerse since 2006.
