The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is asking for public comment on an application by Natural Gas Exchange Inc. for registration as a derivatives clearing organization.
Comments should be submitted on or before September 17, 2008.
Comments may be submitted electronically to secretary@cftc.gov. All comments received will be posted on the CFTC’s website.
