CFTC Requests Public Comment On An Application By ICE Trust U.S. LLC For Registration As A Derivatives Clearing Organization

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is seeking public comment on an application by ICE Trust U.S. LLC for registration as a derivatives clearing organization.

Comments should be submitted on or before December 17, 2010.
